What I’m about-

My journey has been anything but ordinary. Through every step, I've focused on staying true to my values and making space for thoughtful, lasting work. Everyday I wake up is a good day, and it just keeps getting better.

I’ve always been an artist, for as long as I can remember. Growing up in Texas I didn’t always fit in (artsy fartsy is what they said) but now I get paid to be creative, please pay me to be creative! I love working with people and being around people who love making things, sometimes out of nothing, like at Hogwarts. Being one of those kids that spent his weekdays in the city and weekends was my first introduction into code switching - who the heck was I and who would I grow up to be?

I’m a husband, father, small business owner, a winner and loser, forever a student, a passionate teacher, curious about the world and people who are different from me, I love soccer but can get really into any sport or made up game, gardening and plants, history, staying connected with my family, trying to stay fit, exploring, trying hard things, eating and snacking, outdoors and animals, and useless facts. :)
